Take a moment to ground yourself and feel into your feet through meditation, creation and relaxation.   Let Dawn, Transpersonal Art Therapist, from Moving Expressions and Melissa Howell, creator of MelissaMade with Love natural self-care products, guide you through a connection to your inner soul, while nurturing your outer sole. During this workshop we will explore our feet, how they feel and their connection to you. Dawn will guide you through a creative experience to really get know yourselves through your feet.  Afterwards Melissa will show you a beautiful way to pamper your soles with her naturally created products.
