Join Anita and Melissa for a nourishing afternoon grounding in the Muladhara - The Root Chakra.
Begin witha gentle, soulful yin practice, focussing on the lower extremities, complete with essential oils to ground your body and soul.
Then you will experience a pamper session foccussed on the feet using MelissaMade with Love self care products, while enjoying a delicious cup of chai and healthy snacks.
Finish with a grounding meditation to complete your exploration of the root chakra.Â
